Construction of a community ICT Center and library

  The community ICT center and Library project aims to support the development of human capital by providing quality technical and vocational training necessary to support economic growth in all sectors of the community economy and that of the country as a whole. This project
will serve as a vocational training system to deliver up-to-date training courses, to under-served youth, relevant to the requirements of enterprises operating in the country.
